Cacao nibs are a great way to get some dark chocolate into your diet with minimal sugar. I have 3 easy ways for you to eat cacao nibs that I enjoy.

Cacao nibs have several nutrients and antioxidants which are also anti-aging. And anything you eat that is anti-aging is great for your cells and that translates to being great for your skin.

 

You can add raw cacao nibs to a trail mix!
