Sweet and Tangy Salad Dressing – No Oil
Salad dressing without oil? It's possible with this delicious recipe.
Start with your blender and add ½ cup of water.
Add ½ cup of raw cashews.
Add 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
Add 2 Medjool Dates (after you remove the pits!).
Add 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
Add 1 clove of garlic.
Let it sit in the blender for 15 minutes to allow the cashews and dates to soften.
Blend it on high for about 30 seconds.
Pour the dressing into a bowl or other container.
You can also use this dressing as a vegetable dip!
