Brain Health for Women Over 50
For those of us over 50, having a healthy brain is more and more important as we age. In the video linked below (scroll down!), I'm discussed the topic with Dr. Denise Shostek. We talked about what we're doing that is aging our brain too fast and a variety of things we can do to ensure good brain health.
