Pain Relief Gel & Cream Reviews
Pain relief creams and gels are available just about everywhere and their ingredients are different from brand to brand.
These are good to use for pain recovery, after a workout, for rehabilitation, and physical therapy.
Icy Hot was one of the first products I tried. This is a nice medium product – not too light and not too strong. It lasts a short time.
Blue Emu has an analgesic ingredient in it (trolamine salicylate) and is popular for arthritis sufferers. I like that it has no scent.
Arnicare is a natural pain relief gel from Boiron. It contains alcohol, carbomer, water, and sodium hydroxide. It was the lightest of the products I reviewed.
Biofreeze has been advertised more lately, especially with and for athletes. It comes in green and colorless (I prefer the colorless). Its active ingredient is methol. It’s a fairly good product.
My last product is the Sun Breeze Balm by Sunrider. I’ve been using this for years.
It’s a solid balm. This is the large size. It contains menthol, wax, cinnamomum, cassia leaf oil, and camphor. This is my favorite product. It lasts a long time. After applying it, give it about two minutes and suddenly you’ll feel it go deeper into your muscle!
