City Lips Plumping Gloss
You might have seen the City Lips Plumping Gloss in social media ads. I’ve tried it out….
Above are the three colors I tested. The two plumping glosses I tested are the “Clear”, which is completely clear - no shimmer in it! And the “Sun Diego” color which is a warm pinky-coral with a bit of shimmer - really a pretty color!
In the matte, which is a lip creme, I chose the “Blush Rose” color, their lightest color in the mattes. You’ll have to check out my video review to see if you like that color. I would like to try their next darker color, which is “Pink Taupe”.
I often apply the “Blush Rose” matte lip creme first, and after it dries I’ll add one of the glosses on top.
Does the gloss actually plump my lips? I’m not sure it does. But the glosses are nice - not overly scented, not sticky, and last for some time.
