A simple anti-aging skincare routine is something you can do quickly in the morning. I'll show you what I'm using now for my morning skincare routine that will be easy for you to duplicate and to customize it to fit your skin's needs.

My skincare routine is for more mature skin, especially over 50, but people over 40 will also find it helpful.

I start with a moisturizing cleanser. Three I like are the CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser, the CeraVe Renewing SA Cleanser, and the CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser.

Exfoliants in the morning are great to use! I like the Mizon Apple Smoothie Peeling Gel, the Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant, or the Vichy Masque Peel Double Eclat.

Next I use a toner. I prefer a product that isn’t harsh and that doesn’t contain alcohol. The Neutrogena Alcohol-Free Toner works really well with a cotton ball.

Next, I use my serums starting with a vitamin C serum – the Timeless 20% Vitamin C + E + Ferulic Acid Serum (or my DIY vitamin C serum). I’ll mix the C serum in the palm of my hand with a second serum, such as the Timeless Matrixyl 3000 Serum with Hyaluronic Acid or the Timeless Coenzyme Q10 Serum.

If my skin is extra dry, I’ll use some of my nighttime moisturizer at this point. Otherwise, I’m on to sunscreen. My favorite is the Paula's Choice Skin Recovery Daily Moisturizing Lotion SPF30.
